We see a world where the hopeless find hope, where advancements in design do not just benefit a privileged few, and where design professionals use their talents for the good of the disadvantaged. We see a world where a well-designed building reminds people that they are not forgotten, that everyone has value, and that hope is available to all.

Our goal is simple: apply design to native building techniques, teach locals how to implement these design principles, then change the course of the construction in rural developing countries.

Using native tools, indigenous building methods, and materials from the regional markets, GoDesign develops solutions for architectural needs while teaching the local tradesmen how to incorporate these solutions into their existing construction processes.

Hope Center for Children with Disabilities

Our main focus is design and building but we also operate a project in Ethiopia called the Hope Center. This project was designed and constructed by GoDesign in partnership with a local NGO. After COVID that organization was no longer able to support the project. Seeing the potential impact this project could have on this region of Ethiopia, GoDesign decided to take on the project's operations and management.

We Design, We Plan,

GoDesign is, first and foremost, a ministry that identifies a small number of projects each year, provides the design and construction cost for the project, and implements them in areas of urgent need. GoDesign is solely responsible for identifying these projects. We do not respond to request for funding.

Additionally, GoDesign partners with other NGOs and ministries to help them with design and construction. These organization must secure their own project funding. If you are interested in these services, please fill out the interest form.
